Cinder block retaining wall replacement

This driveway is in need of replacement. It is cracked and water is getting in and under and causing the retaining wall to collapse. The customer has been advised that they should be replacing their driveway. About five years ago half of the driveway was replaced and is pitching towards the foundation wall. The other half, the old half, is cracked and pitching in the other direction, towards the retaining wall. The long term solution is to remove and replace the driveway over a properly graded base but that is not within budget. We have been hired to replace the wall, hopefully giving the driveway a few more years of use, and keeping the neighbor happy…
